Ever since I attended the mayoral debate in 2013 I’ve kept a close eye on what’s been happening at city hall.
Time and time again, I’ve been disappointed with the lack of leadership in our city council (here's a link to my views on governing) and I think it’s fair to say that Calgarians have had enough of the unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.
But changing for the sake of change isn’t going to cut it — there needs to be a clearly articulated plan otherwise we’ll continue to have inefficient local government / wasteful city spending and taxpayers will be on the hook each and every time.
That's why this Tuesday, at Ralph Klein Park, I’ll be sharing a new vision for our city and I think you’re going to like what I have to say.
Hope to see you there.
